Let your wardrobe compliment you.

I help my clients consider, identify, develop, and realize their own self image through fashion.

About Stephanie

As a young girl, I fell in love with ballet. I pursued a dance career from the age of five until I was injured while dancing with the Hartford Ballet Co. in Connecticut at 23. Enjoying the aesthetics and creativity of all art mediums, I moved to Boston and studied at The New England School of Art & Design at Suffolk University. While there, I took a part-time job at Neiman Marcus in the luxury sportswear department.

At Neiman Marcus, I discovered my desire to work in the fashion industry. Fashion, fabrics, draping, and the overall enjoyment of working with people to find their complete look of confident beauty. When I had the opportunity to move to New York City–the only US city known for art, fashion, and food, to name a few–I didn’t hesitate. I transferred to Neiman Marcus’s sister store, Bergdorf Goodman, and worked as the Dior boutique specialist. As it turned out, with sorrow and compassion, 2001 was my first year in NYC, and I witnessed the tragedy of 9/11. After the attack, I had absolutely no desire to leave NYC. The sense of strength, togetherness, and support for one another after this unthinkable act was indescribable. New York is a city of limitless possibilities, and experiencing the resolve, community, and support from the people of that city was extraordinary.

Later, wanting to experience different aspects of the fashion industry, I worked as an assistant to the fashion editor at Twelv magazine. While there, I attended shows at New York Fashion Week, wrote press releases for their online publication, sourced clothing from different fashion houses, and assisted with both in-house and on-location editorial fashion shoots. After completing Issue 3, I realized how much I missed working with individual clients and giving them a personal experience. So, I returned to retail at Saks Fifth Ave as a personal shopper.

. There, I worked one-on-one with clients to build relationships that allowed me to address their needs and desires. My goal was to build confidence and awareness of cuts and colours that let an individual’s unique combination of features truly shine. I have loved every step of this journey and work obsessively to accomplish each client’s goals and deliver results beyond all expectations.

From Stephanie:

My strength is working with clients to discover their desired style, identify body shape, complementary colours, and cuts to accentuate one’s best attributes. My intention is not to sell you clothes but to help guide you and make suggestions of pieces that will elevate and achieve your desired look.

I will source clothing and accessories to build your existing wardrobe while working in elements to seamlessly incorporate one’s own unique expression.
